And today it is one month to Christmas day!
Breakfast: Rice and pickled vegetables with "nori" sheets. Miso soup.
Lunch: Pasta with carrot and pumpkin sauce (yes, keftovers on leftovers again).Although this one was pretty good.
Snack: Crackers (leftover from Halloween) and an apple.
Dinner: Fried onion and carrot soup with kimchi and tofu. Tasted great. Plus a couple of almonds and a few olives. Yoghurt with apple slices for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am on day 8 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 6.7 mg/dL. Had to do it twice, it came out even lower the first time.
Konyakku definitely lowers your UA! Or maybe it was the milk in the coffee. Or the brown rice. Or the carrots and onions. Time to think abour some more scientific testing, but let me first see if I can keep it there.
Todays step count: 10258 steps
