The amount of water you drink matter a lot. I was thinking of how to include it. Usually, I try to drink a large glass of water every 20 to 30 minutes. But to write the times when I drink water would be pretty boring. I need to think more about it.
Breakfast: Broccoli and tomato salad with a dressing my youngest daughter made, rice with natto and salmon roe (not low purine but delicious).
Lunch: Vegetable omelet (from the leftovers of the stir-fry).
Snack: A pear
Dinner: Vegetable pot-au-feu in our huge tahine pot.
Todays UA reading: 8.9 mg/dL, so I will try even harder to eat more vegetables.
Todays step count: 9535 steps
