Breakfast: Yesterdays soup, and hotcakes with butter, maple syrup (one teaspoon) and berries (frozen).
Lunch: Guacamole, nachos, pumpkin salad, and fish sausage.
Snack: Low-carb chocolate
Dinner: Sendai onigiri, a big rice ball glaceed with miso and then grilled. Tofu. Marinated eggplant. Mackerel.
Todays supplements and dosage: None.
