Nothing gout-affecting should happen today. Better try to eat a bit healthier than yesterday, the jump in UA reading is consistent with the high-purine meal I had for lunch.
Breakfast: Udon noodles in yesterdays vegetable soup.
Lunch: Three sandwiches: Guacamole, cream cheese, butter. Cream cheese with a bit of freshly ground black pepper is delicious.
Snack: Leftover onigiri from yesterday, plus a couple of sushi rolls the kids did not eat.
Dinner: shabu-shabu, which actually is a kind of hot pot. It is possible to do with any suitable food, like some mushrooms and vegetables (thin leafy vegetables, or microscopically thin slices of root vegetables like daikon).. Or you can use meat and let your kids eat it.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a large glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 9.7 mg/dL, and I got a much lower reading at first so I decided to test again. And then I fumbled so I had to do it again....
Todays step count: 12856 steps
