Looks like a perfectly normal Sunday.
Breakfast: Sandwiches and coffee.
Lunch: Our favorite Chinese restaurant. I had ma-bo tofu which if you order the special is not made on the stove but bouled in a clay pot in the oven. That means it is prepared at above 200 deg C - which breaks down all purines in the meat. You have to heat up the inside of the meat, so if you tried to heat a steak to mote than 200 deg C it would turn to charcoal. At least that is the theory, let us see tomorrow if it is right.
Snack: Ginbiz crackers (made to look
like asparagus but does not taste that way).
Dinner: Pork hot-pot, I gave my meat to the kids as usual. We found some really tasty turnips to put in there.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am day 18 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 6.9 mg/dL, so it definitely was fake meat. But as you notice, even I had a hard time telling it.
Todays step count: 10560 steps. Shopping makes for a lot of walking!
How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 8 glasses i.e. 2 liter. Sum 3 liters which is about 3/4 of an US gallon.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
