Saturday and we will try to relax as much as we can as usual. But the library books are due and my daughter needs new sheet music for her piano lessons.
Breakfast: Vegetable mix and rice, green smoothie (red today), and small vegetable dumplings (gyoza).
Lunch: Pasta and salad (and some of the hamburger my daughter did not finish). Plus some of her chocolate icecream which she also did not finish.
Dinner: We splurged on a dinner in a place specialized in crab, partly because it is songood, partly because the kids insisted, and partly because I wanted to see if there was any difference from taking apple cider vinegar (I freudianylly wrotenuric acid vinegar, but I think I would stay away from that).
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 6.9 mg/dL So all the excercise yesterday did not raise the UA. I guess it must have been the mushrooms.
