Working outside home today, very unusually.
Breakfast: Bread, coffee, and a small salad with an even smaller yoghurt.
Lunch: Japanese rice balls.
Snack: No snack.
Dinner: More Japanese rice balls, egg sandwiches, and eggs. A diet chocolate bar for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: Skipped it today, I have been doing apple cider vinrgar (acv) for three weeks and it is pretty clear it has no effect on either my weight or uric acid level.
Todays UA reading: 10.1 mg/dL, so it appears not only high-purine meals but also high-sugar can set off the uric acid. Makes me worried about Christmas.
