Due to a family event, I did not have time to write so much. And we had sushi for lunch. Not low purine at all.
Breakfast: Leftovers with cheese, plus nachos with salsa sauce. Lunch: Sushi. This is maiting season for most fish, and while the roe is famously delicious, so is the milt. But itnis very high purine, as itnis full of genetic material from the fish. Which probably will be noticeable in my UA tomorrow. Snack: No snack today, the lunch was a bit late. Dinner: Traditional Japanese dishes which are made with recently harvested vegetables, quite delicious and pretty low purine. Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water. Todays UA reading: 6.6 mg/dL Todays step count: 10283 steps
