Breakfast: Yesterdays vegetarian chili, unfortunately together with the half chocolate muffins the kids did not want. I am not used to that much sugar.
Lunch: Rice and vegetables, tofu, and pork soup. We went to a restaurant which serves traditional Japanese meals.
Snack: "umai bou"
Dinner: Seafood hotpot - minus the seafood for me. Lots of vegetables. I only had one oyster. And we ate a whole box of kiwifruits from Costco for dessert. If I ever neede a dose of vitamin C, I would have got it now.
Todays supplements and dosage: None.
Todays UA reading: 6.6 mg/dL. Low-purine menu seems to work!
Todays step count: 13849 steps. Just ordinary shopping!
