Today is my youngest daughters birthday, so I will have to make some allowances.
Breakfast: Yoghurt, granola, cheese sandwiches, coffee.
Lunch: Salmon sushi, salmon roe, salmon sashimi, and sausages. And leftover vegetables.
Snack: Pon de quejo and freeze-dried strawberries (not together).
Dinner: Cesar salad and daughters burtday cake. And a little leftover sushi.
Todays UA reading: 8.2, but for some reason I got 14.7 the first time.
This weeks weight: Forgot to weigh myself. Will have to do it tomorrow.
