My blood pressure is down somewhat but I am going to try a very low sodium diet for now. I do not want to stress my heart, and kidney pain is scary too.
Todays weather and temperature: Cold morning, clear and beautiful during the day, but very windy.
Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 4, because management thought I could be scrum
master for four parallel team sessions. At once.
Breakfast: Granola and yoghurt, with a banana. And a banana sandwich. Easy to make: Toast whole grain bread, and when done, mash a banana on the bread. Easy to make and better to eat than jam, since all the fibers from the fruit are preserved. But it is hard to
make with other fruits, since they do not quash easily and become a paste like the banana.
Lunch: Fried onion with fried sweet potato and mushroom. No salt, but some low-sodium soy sauce which added umami.
Dinner: Vegetable soup.
