I had a meeting with a nurse practitioner at the hospital where I did my health checkup. The insurance company requested me to do it since my blood pressute has been going up, and it would be very expensive if I should die. So they asked me to book this to get some advice on how to lower my weight and decrease the risk. However, my current excercise and diet was spot on, the only thing she requestd was that I try to eat less at dinner. Which is good advice if you want to lose weight, but hard to keep if you are hungry. You will see how successful I am.
