You have to be careful with leftovers, todays diet might raise my UA quite a bit.
Todays weather and temperature: Warm (for February) during the day, a few degrees minus (centigrade) at night. Breakfast: Pain du mie toast, cheese and jam without affed sugar (only made from the fruits themselves). Coffee. Lunch: Leftover curry soup, afraid a lot of the meat had collected at the bottom. Snack: Parsnip chips. Dinner: Vegetable and pork soup, afraid the meat collected at the bottom there too. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules, and 1.5 liter rooibos tea. Todays UA reading: 8.1 mg/dL (oh the mabou-nasu!) Todays step count: 8302 steps How much did I drink today?: Water 1 liter, coffee 1 liter, tea 2 liter. Sum 4 liters, 106 % of an US gallon. This weeks weight: 120.6 kg Waist circumference: 120 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 8 times, #2 2 times. My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 7 Was my urine strange in any way? No How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? 20 minutes, plenty of desktime today.
