You have to be careful with leftovers, todays diet might raise my UA quite a bit.
Todays weather and temperature: Warm (for February) during the day, a few degrees minus (centigrade) at night.
Breakfast: Pain du mie toast, cheese and jam without affed sugar (only made from the fruits themselves). Coffee.
