It is really very hot - and my home office does not have air conditioning. I have two fans instead, that alternate to keep me cool. But that is of course by sweating, so I have to drink even more than usual. If I do not, I will get dehydrated, and that could trigger a gout attack.

Lunch: Beet roots curry - they had beetroots at the beach cafe!

Dinner: Corn and pumpkin soup with a sandwich and fried squash.
Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 4 garlic capsules, 10 cc ACV beetroots pickle juice in water. Quite nice in the heat.
