I will finish the celery seed experiment. There are three reasons:
1. There does not seem to be any noticeable change in my uric acid level. Yes, I know that I should try for two weeks, but I have also got seceral comments on Facebook which state that celery seeds do not work.
2. Celery seed extract tastes awful. It is a struggle to take the supplements.
3. I am out if celery seed extract. 100 g is not as much as I would have thought.
So all things considered, I am going to chalk up celery seed extract as a loss. Taking it does not change your uric acid level.
