Here is my menu for today. Yes, I had a glass of wine - and plenty of water. It is Friday, after all.
Breakfast: Egg and vegetables sandwich.
Lunch: Leftover salad. Or salads actually.
Snack: An apple.
Dinner: Squash and fush, tofu and beansprouts with carrots and bell peppers.
