We were supposed to go to the kids school today, but that was cancelled at the last minute due to the virus situation. So the kids went on their own.
Todays weather and temperature: Cold in the morning, but sumny, windy, and clear. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 2 Breakfast: Grilled cheese sandwiches. Lunch: Our favorite Chinese restaurant. They have claypot dishes which are amazing - but usually have meat or seafood in them. Seafood is easier to find and give away. Snack: A Japanese rice bun with wormwood taste. Not bitter at all. Dinner: Rice with egg and "yuukari" spice. Todays supplements and dosage: Vitamin C 3 g Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 8.4, maybe that pulled piece of pork was not so small after all. Todays step count (total at bedtime): 9030 How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 2 liter, vitamin C-enriched soft drink without sugar 0.5 liter. This weeks weight: 118 kg. Going down but slowly!
