I did an inadvertent experiment: I drove home from our holiday, and it was raining cats and dogs, in the dark. And it was hot outside, so we turned on the airconditioning in the car. But since I did not want to set it to blow on the windows, it was blowing on my feet. For 6 hours. You can guess what happened: I had a small gout attack in my big toe. I can even tell you why, I have written about it before.
Todays weather and temperature: Sunny when we left, but then tropical rainstorms. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 3 Breakfast: Eggs Benedict at the hotel. Last day. Lunch: Pasta with cream blue cheese and mango sauces. It still haunts my dreams, I have not had something that good in decades. And it was completely vegetarian. Snack: No snack. Dinner: Grilled meat and vegetables. It was great. Todays supplements and dosage: None.
