IDiring the night, I was having joint pains in ways I have not had in ages, despite todays low UA. They were entirely gone by morning.
Todays weather and temperature: Light snowfall in the morning, more coming during the day. So we went skiing. Or the kids did. Breakfast: Bettroots salad and potato gratin for me. Lunch: The ski slope restaurants always have limited options, but in this part of Japan they often have marinated balls of konjac on a stick. So I had five. Fills you up and had like 50 calories. In total. Snack: Can of corn soup, hot from a vending machine. Dinner: Vegetable soup, beetroots salad, two leftover riceballs. Todays supplements and dosage: No time for the supplement today. Todays UA reading: 7.0 mg/dL. Huh? Yes, I had wine and chicken yesterday - and my UA goes down compared to the day before. It may be due to my kidneys managing to execrete all the uric acid from my system. Since I did go to the toilet a few times extra. Or beetroot pickle juice has even stronger goutbeating properties than both apple cider vinegar and tart cherries. I would like to do some more tests before I claim that, however. My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 8, which would imply that the food yesterday contained much more vegetables than I thought. Let us see what result I get tomorrow. Was my urine strange in any way: No, no strange colors, smells, or volumes. But my poop smelled of chicken. How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? None, no desk time today.
