So my uric acid is slowly going down again. No purine or sugars in my diet for a while - because this experimenting has caused me to gain weight. A whole kilo. That is not an effect I was aiming for, so now I will try to slim down as well. Which is tougher than just keeping my uric acid low.
Todays weather and temperature: Sunny and five-six degrees above zero, even warmer at midday. Almost feels like spring. But the snow season is just beginning..., Breakfast: Daikon curry with konjac, a little of the kids fried rice. Lunch: Pizza (from the pizza bakery, not home-made today). Snack: No snack. Dinner: Salad and soup, and some of the excellent sushi we get really cheap at our local Costco. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie (made by mu daughter, who added way too much ginger). Six fish ioil capsules. Todays UA reading: 7.0 mg/dL. Todays step count: 11203 steps How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 2 liter, only 3 liters which is 2/3 US gallon. Not enough. This weeks weight: 122.4 kg Waist circumference: 120 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 9 times, #2 2 times. My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 7 Was my urine strange in any way? No. How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? None, no desktime today.
