I was unusually successful at holding down my UA yesterday. Hope I can do an equally good job today. Even though it is Saturday.
Todays weather and temperature: Very windy and snow flurries, coldish towards the evening, several degrees belos zero at night. Breakfast: Pre-trial version of cabbage lasagna. Some cheese and tofu (scramble). Lunch: Tofu and vegetables Korean style, and some of the kids leftover pasta. Afraid there was some tuna in there. Snack: A carrot. The kids ate one each too, even my son who hates vegetables. Dinner: Curry soup (or soup curry?) with sausages for the kids. Afraid there was a bit too much meat in it. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, but I forgot the rooibos tea and the fish oil since I had to join an activity with the kids. Todays UA reading: 5.8 mg/dL Todays step count: 5361 steps, yeah you do not walk very far in front of the TV but we got to see the second Frozen film and the first Incredibles film, and got halfway through the second. How much did I drink today?: Water 1.5 liter, coffee 1 liter, tea 0.5 liter, wine 0.3 liter. 3.3 liter, that is 90% of a US gallon. This weeks weight: 120.6 kg. My wife commented the other day "look at your belly! You keep on dieting but you never lose weight", so I am glad to prove her wrong. Waist circumference: 120 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 9 times, #2 1 times My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 6, so alcohol definitely lowers the pH of your urine pH. Just to remind you, alkaline means higher means easier for uric acid to dissolve. Was my urine strange in any way? No. How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? None, no desk time today.
