Losing weight again. So of course my purines are high. It is like I ate more than a kilo of meat - five or six ordinary steaks. Because I lost almost two kilos last week!
Ordinarily, I would regain those pounds tasting foreign foods in some exotic country. Bu not this year.
This year we will not travel anywhere. At least that does not involve the family car. So we went to the airport and pretended to go on vacation. And the food in the restaurant featuring local specialities was fantastic.
Todays weather and temperature: Fairly warm, but not as warm as yesterday. And a bit cloudy.
Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 4
Breakfast: Bread and coffee.
Lunch: Rice balls (onigiri) from the convenience store.
Snack: Smoked cheese.
Dinner: Excellent combination and mix of regional tastes at a recently opened restaurant in the airport. But most were so purine-rich that they might cause my UA leve ro race. The braised ox tounge might do that for me, I had half my sons portion. And dessert.

How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 1.5 liter, beer 0.5 liter (the hoyabouya IPA was incredible), soft drink with lemon tsste and lots of vitamin C 0.5 liter.
