I am losing weight! Quite fast too. Extending my walk and decreasing starch and grains work. But there are still a lot of kilos to get rid of. I only lost 20% of my arbitrary goal so far.
Todays weather and temperature: Rain in the morning, sunny after lunch, warm breeze - between 27 and 30 degrees centigrade. Dinner: Kimchi stir-fry and salad. Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 4 garlic capsules, beet root pickle ACV juice. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 8.2 mg/dL Todays step count (total at bedtime): 7981 steps How much did I drink today?: Water 1.5 litet, coffee 0.5 liter, tea 0.5 liter. This weeks weight: 115.8 kg!!!!
