My uric acid level has been going up alarmingly. But I am going to eat a mon-purine-free diet for a few days, and then try celery seeds while I continue that diet. You see, celery seeds supposedly contain compounds which inhibit the creation of the enzymes that become uric acid, so if it works it would be like a natural allopurinol. I think I will start on tuesday.
