I decided to start a trial of how hard itnis to burn fat only through changing your diet - going vegertarian keto. And it is much harder than I thought, I know that already....
Todays weather and temperature: Very nice and sunny, almost perfect temperature (22 deg C), light wind. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 4 Breakfast: Lunch. But before that, some nuts. Lunch: Family meal - avovado salad, onion soup, lobster bisque (possibly too much purines), spinach and broccoli with an egg. Have away all the bread and bacon. But no-carbs turns out to be much harder than no purines. Snack: We were going to a cafe, but the kids misbehaved so much I had to cancel. So no snack today. Dinner: Vegetable soup (onion, mushroom, and tomato). Todays supplements and dosage: Six fish oil capsules. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 8.3 mg/dL Todays step count (total at bedtime): 11179 steps How much did I drink today?: Water 2 liter, tea 0.5 liter, coffee 0.5 liter. This weeks weight: 118.6. Yes, big weight loss!
