Today is Halloween.. No trick or treating this year. The kids figured it out and got candy to exchange with their friends already. Breakfast: Pancake sandwiches made by my daughters. The only problem was too much ham and sausages. Lunch: We went to a restaurant that served modern traditional Japanese cuisine. This sounds very fancy but places which serve curry, something on rice, gratins and spaghettis are incredibly common. But this was a step above most - although it was far cheaper. I had a homemade calzone-style pizza, which was great. But I got too much taste of the others food, which had a lot of meat or seafood.
Dinner: I made a pumpkin and carrot quiche which was rather successful. No purines, just a little fat, just a little salt. I will put the recipe on the gout recipe page. Todays supplements and dosage: 4 teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water. Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dl, so long and thanks to the fish! Fishy, fishy, he used to follow me wherever I would go. Todays step count: 10109 steps. This weeks weight: 123.4 kg. Not much weight loss happening yet.
