Sunday, December 27: What can I weigh and measure that will prevent me from having another gout attack?
Still Christmas-New Year vacation here, and not really managing my UA level very carefully. Apart from eating as much vegetables as possible.
Todays weather and temperature: Cold and clear. Temperatures just below 0. Sunny.
Breakfast: Swedish beetroot salad (recipe on the gout-friendly recipe page); banana and blueberries, cherrey and blueberry aojiru smoothie, and a little of the meatball doria my wife made.
Lunch: We took the kids to a nearby luxury hotel so they could experience fine dining at least once this year. The food was "teppanyaki" beef, prepared in front of us and served the minutenit was ready. Not very UA friendly. But great.
Snack: No snack today.
Dinner: Vegetable soup; and a couple of pieces of the kids cheese pizza. And my banana and apple pudding for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a cherry-blueberry smoothie.
Todays UA reading: 6.7 mg/dL
Todays step count: 10021 steps
