Really, it feels like spring. So my morning walk should be even easier, especially now since my weight has started going down. But it is a long time until my hyperuricemia goes away and I an gout risk free.
Todays weather and temperature: Quite warm, around 10-12 degrees.
Breakfast: Toast, in my case bagels with grilled cheese and pickles.
Morning snack: Raisin bread with sugar
Snack: A rice ball, Sendai style: Grilled and dabbed with Sendai miso.
Dinner: Vegetable soup - and a couple of small pieces of grilled fish, plus the spinach curry tofu rice (panak paneer with tofu - delicious) that my son did not eat.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, Sunday.
Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dL I should have checked the label of that salad better.

How much did I drink today?: Water 1 liter, coffee 1 liter, non-alcoholic purine-free beer-like drink 0.9 liter.
