Sunday is relsxation day, and we went to our favorite Chinese restaurant. But it can be really hard to avoid purines when you go out. And since I had such high uric acid this morning, I wanted to do that.
Todays weather and temperature: Windy and up to 8 degrees centigrade, bur occasional snow flurries. Breakfast: Rice and various leftovers. Lunch: Our favorite Chinese. Tried to order vegetarian dishes but it turned out what I thought looked like bamboo shoots were actually squid. Meh. Snack: Vegetable chips, really tasty. And they had a range of flavors. I will buy them again. Then I may remember to write down what they called before I through away the bag. Dinner: Vegetable soup, tofu tempura, inari zushi. a couple of strawberries for dessert. Todays supplements and dosage: Rooibos tea 0.5 liter, aojiru in a green smoothie. Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dL. Must have got more of the kids tuna than I hoped for. Todays step count: 10649 steps How much did I drink today?: Water 1.5 liter, coffee 1 liter, tea 1 liter, no-alcohol beer-like drink 0.6 liter.
