I started drinking coffee again. Skipping it does not appear to have any effect on my blood pressure.
Todays weather and temperature: Beautiful summer day, but very hot - 35 degrees centigrade and over. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 2 Breakfast: Toast and coffee. Lunch: Spaghetti with nori (the green stuff around sushi) and tomato. Surprisingly successful combination. Snack: No snack, but lots of sports drinks. It is actually warmer here than Bangkok! Dinner: Korean soup and tofu. Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 4 garlic capsules. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): Things were a bit screwed up today (not like my regular routine) so I forgot to take my UA this morning. Todays step count (total at bedtime): 12640 steps. How much did I drink today?: Water 2 liter, sports drink 2 liter.
