Well, I am still fighting planar fascitis. But now it is more than three years since my last gout attack.
Todays weather and temperature: Rain, but not as heavy as in other parts of the country, and about 20 degrees centigrade.
Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 2
Breakfast: Rice, egg, and natto.
Lunch: Vegetarian kebab pizza at IKEA, plus some of their vegeballs and mashed potatoes I stole from my kids. Seems they have gone almost completely vegetarian. And it tastes great! My kids ate my entire pizza. The best thing about the whole story is that IKEA is a trendsetter - the plant-based foods are here to stay.
Snack: No snack
Dinner: Somen noodles with fried eggplant
Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 4 garlic capsules, 4 fat barrier pills.
Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 7.7 mg/dL
Todays step count (total at bedtime): 15244 steps
How much did I drink today?: Water 1 liter, tea 1 liter, coffee 0.5 liter, meal drink with lingonberry taste 0.5 liter
This weeks weight: 119.4, all that apple pie while I was having planar fascitis does not help. I realized yesterday that I could be riding my bicycle, that would not put any stress on my heels.
