The costal areas around where we live were completely devastated in the 2011 earthquake and tsunami on March 11, so with the 10th anniversary of that tragic event we decided to drive to a town on the coast which was completely flattened 10 years ago, to let the kids see what it was like and how people have recovered. And to do some bathing in a nice hot spring and eat fresh seafood. I took a break from the diet to do it.
