Spent the day chasing the kids and wife through a number of shopping centers. Bought lots of stuff we do not need, but the instant soups at Muji are worth it.
Todays weather and temperature: Bit windy and cloudy, rain in the evening. Still warm. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 2 Breakfast: Vegetable stir-fry I made yesterday, with egg plant, red onion, tomato, and maitake mushrooms. Lunch: At a restaurant serving local food, they are great at traditional Japanese dishes, but also have some innovative salads. Which I had. Snack: I made some experimental walnut and carrot (and walnut and pumpkin) pancakes, without flour. The pumpkin ones turned out really well. I will work a bit more on the recipe though. And a bit later, I had some lentil chips I found in the store. Not bad at at all. Dinner: Broccoli soup (with Mujis sesame and miso soup as base). And some of the kods gratin, but I think that was too much carbohydrates as well as possibly purines.
