So I managed really low uric acid, despite eating a few pieces of fish. But I am afraid I will not be doing so well today, because my diet contained much more carbohydrates. Todays weather and temperature: Sunny but not quite as warm as yesterday. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 3 Breakfast: Salad sandwiches with fried egg Lunch: Salad and rice, but I had a morning snack of salt crackers before that. Snack: Japanese diet crackers (specially made to be filling and nutritious but not fattening). And unfortunately some very traditional sweets, mochi filled with bean paste wrapped in aromatic leaves. So yummy I had four of them, which I may have to pay for tomorrow. Dinner: Tofu stir-fry and cheese pizza. Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules
