Today is another snow day. Working from home is really good sometimes - except when you are the one who has to shovel the snow.
Breakfast: Leftover rice balls, half a bagel with Brie cheese (my daughter ate the other half).
Lunch: Curry soup with potatoes and konjac
Snack: Curry soup with potatoes and konjac. And somewhat later, some potato chips. Does not contain purines. But they are not exactly healthy.
Dinner: Rice and the curry my wife made from soy meat. Still has my son fooled, although he felt it was too spicy.
Todays supplements and dosage: "Aojiru" in a banana smoothie. It really tastes great!
Todays UA reading: 6.6 mg/dL. That is the power of no-purine cooking!
Todays step count: 16409 steps, Including shovelling the snow off the driveway (we had 10 cm newly fallen snow when we woke up - and then we got 10 more before lunch).
How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 1.5 liters, tea 1.5 liter. Sum 4 liters, about 1 1/10 US gallon.
This weeks weight: 121.6 kg
How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 6 times, #2 1 times.
Was my urine strange in any way? Somewhat darker than usual, but that is because you sweat when you shovel snow.
How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Footfit Plus? 1 times for 10 minutes because I discovered you do not have to take off your socks to use it! And when it is cold outside it gets cold inside, so you do not want to be barefoot.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
