So today I will eat chocolate to see if it has any short-term effect on my uric acid serum level (how much uric acid I have in my blood). I found 95% cacao chocolate in the store, which by definition means it has less than 5% sugar. When my kids saw how much chocolate I had bought, they went bonkers and would not stop misbehaving until I gave them a piece each. Well, if you have ever eaten 95% cacao chocolate, you can appreciate that they spit it out and asked me not to give them chocolate again. Bet they will forget that by February 14.
