So my UA went down a bit. I think it points to controlling not just your purine intake, but also sugar and starch.
Todays weather and temperature: Somewhat coldish, cloudy, but around 10 deg c during the day. Breakfast: Yesterdays bibimbap with pickled leaves. Lunch: Vegetable curry and a tofu omelet. Snack: Japanese crackers and a potato snack which is like potato chips but less fat. Hope it does not show up on my uric acid tomorrow. Dinner: Vegetable soup and salad (cheese and tomatoes with a little olive oil - so simple, yet so delicious). And fresh strawberries for dessert. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules, 1.5 liter rooibos tea. Todays UA reading: 7.3 mg/dL. Todays step count: 12009 steps. How much did I drink today?: Water 1.5 liter, coffee 1 liter, rooibos tea 1.5 liter. Total 4 liters, 106% of a US gallon. This weeks weight: 122.4 kg Waist circumference: 120 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 8 times, #2 1 times.
