Planar fascitis means you ecxercise too much in the wrong shoes, or stand too long on hard concrete floors. Being overweight does not help. But it does not have anything to do with the uric acid level, and so nothing to do with gout. Apart from being an autoimmune inflammation, it has nothing in common with arthritis either.
