Gout attack still going on. It is of course unrelated to my serum uric acid level, but I hope to escape attacks in the future since I seem to have lowered my uric acid level.
Todays weather and temperature: Hot (35 deg centigrade) and cloudy. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 2 Breakfast: Cheese french toast with ACV pickle relish. Yes, leftovers with cheese, but surprisingly good. And the ACV pickle relish was much better than I expected. Will post the recipe. Lunch: Hamburgers (but not for me). We found a place that served hamburger meals - and I mean four half-pounders with a very generous helping of vegetables, rice, soup and salad Japanese style. And my god, they were good! And cheap. The four-burger meal cost less than at McDonalds. The only problem was zero vegetarian options.... Snack: No. Dinner: Cheese sandwiches and Huvudroll vegeballs in tomato sauce. I was the hungriest since I did not get any burgers, but the rest of the family skipped dinner. Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 4 garlic capsules, ACV beetroot pickle juice in water. Although I will likely quit that and the garlic, they do not seem to have any effect on uric acid, gout attacks, or blood pressure. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 6.5 mg/d. Todays step count (total at bedtime): 7226 steps How much did I drink today?: Water 3 liter, coffee 0.5 liter This weeks weight: 117.4 kg Waist circumference: 115 cm Heart rate before bedtime (read more here to see why it matters): 84 bpm Blood pressure before bedtime (read more here to see why it matters): 142/94 mmHg How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 6 times, #2 2 times. My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 6 Was my urine strange in any way? No, not red any more How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? None, break today. Days since my last gout attack: Still ongoing...
