Breakfast: Bagel hamburger - made from soy meat, but fried in the bacon fat from the kids breakfast (that contains no purines). Delicious!
Lunch: Sweet potato shepherds pie with cabbage and onion filling, tasty although the mash became too loose. A couple of nuts for dessert.
Snack: Swedish ginger snaps ("pepparkakor"). So much sugar!!!
Dinner: Vegetable soup with rice.
