It appears I am very sensitive to salt. My blood pressure went down a little today due to a sodium-free diet. Lots of things my diet is free from, it seems, although if you stimulate one set of tastebuds it compensates for the others. This is at least true for salt and umami.
Todays weather and temperature: Cold in the morning (frost in the grass). But clear and sunny, if a bit windy.

Breakfast: Sandwiches (on bread from a nearby toast bread specialist). Yummy, but maybe not so great sugar-wise.
