I think I have got the gout thing down. Now that I started measuring my blood pressure, I am beginning to worry about that instead.
Todays weather and temperature: Sunny and up to 18 deg C, still colder at night. But not actually cold. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 3, kids still at home. Breakfast: Mashed potatoes with cheese (at daughters request). Lunch: Vegetable curry and potato salad with cucumbers and apples (you guessed it, made from iinstant mashed potatoes). And a few nuts. Snack: Apples. And some nuts. Dinner: Vegetable soup, pickled seaweed and cucumber salad, and tofu - kimchi stir-fry. Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 1 spoonful of bicarbonate of soda in water. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 7.5 mg/dL. Must have got some bacon in the minestrone. Todays step count (total at bedtime): 11552 steps How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1.5 liter, tea 1.5 liter, water 1 liter.
