Tuesday, December 22. Everything I can count and measure that will help me not getting a gout attack.
Todays weather and temperature: Cold morning gradually warming but still around zero degrees centigrade. No snowfall.
Breakfast: The last of the fried rice, umeboshi, and some "u no hana" which is the leftovers from tofu manufacture. That may mean it contains all the purines from the beans that are removed from the tofu. So I will eat it today and we will see tomorrow.
Lunch: Mashed vegetables with gammon (tofuburger). And u-no-hana.
Snack: A banana.
Dinner: Two kinds of vegetable soup, u-no-hana, and traditional Swedish Christmas bread for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a mango-ginger smoothie. I liked the apple version better.
Todays UA reading: 5.2 mg/dL, the lowest ever!
Todays step count: 12936 steps
