Tuesday, December 29: Everything I can weigh and measure that will help me prevent another gout attack
Todays weather and temperature: A couple of degrees above zero, snow almost completely gone. Sunny. My feet feel really good after yesterdays long soak. Two hours in a hot bath does wonders against any remaining inflammation.
Breakfast: Egg and pickles sandwich(es), banana and apple pudding with some cream from the kids Christmas cake. One sausage.
Lunch: Ramen noodles.
Snack: No snack.
Dinner: Sushi and Japanese sake, salad and gingerbread cookies.
Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a banana smoothie.
Todays UA reading: 6.7 mg/dL, so I did not het enough sugar yesterday to change my serum UA level.
Todays step count: 9287 steps
How much did I drink today?: Water 2 liter, coffee 1 liter. Sum 3 liter, 4/6 of a US gallon.
