It seems high urine pH is an accurate predictor for UA going down. And sugar makes it go up.
Todays weather and temperature: Snow showers, around zero degrees.
Breakfast: Croissant with cheese, whole grain bread with fried egg.
Lunch: Make an omelet batter with three eggs. Split between yesterdays leftover kimchi soup, which you turn into a gratin in the microwave; and yesterdays mushrooms, which you turn into an omelet in the fry pan on the stove. That one turned out delicious (the kimchi gratin was OK).
Snack: Crackers. Way too many crackers.
Dinner:: Salad and mushroom soup.
Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules. I am still drinking rooibos tea but it should be pretty clear from the last weeks UA reading that it does not appear to have any effect on the uric avid level.
