It seems high urine pH is an accurate predictor for UA going down. And sugar makes it go up.
Todays weather and temperature: Snow showers, around zero degrees. Breakfast: Croissant with cheese, whole grain bread with fried egg. Lunch: Make an omelet batter with three eggs. Split between yesterdays leftover kimchi soup, which you turn into a gratin in the microwave; and yesterdays mushrooms, which you turn into an omelet in the fry pan on the stove. That one turned out delicious (the kimchi gratin was OK). Snack: Crackers. Way too many crackers. Dinner:: Salad and mushroom soup. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules. I am still drinking rooibos tea but it should be pretty clear from the last weeks UA reading that it does not appear to have any effect on the uric avid level. Todays UA reading: 6.9 mg/dL. Yay! Todays step count: How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 1.5 liter, tea 1 liter. This weeks weight: 121 kg Waist circumference: 118 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 8 times, #2 3 times. One advantage of eating spicy food for one meal is that it helps you figure out how long time it took to pass through your sydtem, but since I had spicy food for lunch both today and yesterday, I am not sure if it was todays or yesterdays lunch which passed out at 6:30 PM.
