Todays weather and temperature: Almost spring-like but cold at night. Breakfast: Cereal and milk (Kirkland Granola, yes it is sweetened with honey but not too bad). Lunch: Vegetable curry with cheese and a tofu "gammo". Snack: A bagel Dinner: Laksa soup (instant), bagel, some vegetables from the kids dinner. Todays supplements and dosage: Rooibos tea 1.5 liter, aojiru in an apple smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules. Todays UA reading: 8.1 mg/dL. Todays step count: 4279 steps How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, rooibos tea 1.5 liter, water 1.5 liter, no-alcohol beer-like drink 0.6 liter. This weeks weight: 122.4 kg Waist circumference: 120 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 7 times, #2 3 times.
