I made a vegetable curry on Sunday, and today when I wanted to heat it up so it did not go bad before I wanted to eat it tomorrow - but it was already attacked by bacteria (the kind that makes natto from the look of it). Well, we eat those, so I boiled it a bit extra in the microwave and will do the same for whatever is left tomorrow. It makes no sense to put it outside any more, it is almost warmer there. Just goes to show that you have to be careful if you prepare multiple meals in one go.
