When I opened the post box this morning, I found that the UASure strips I ordered on April 5 had arrived. That was fast!
Todays weather and temperature: Warm and very occasional rain showers. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 4 Breakfast: Rice, "natto" fermenred beans, and an egg. Plus a banana sandwich. Lunch: Vegetable soup with poached eggs and "gammo" tofuburger. Snack: Nuts. Or rather, almonds. Dinner: Vegetable soup with tofu, and a few small pieces of salmon pokke that my wife bought at Costco. I love pokke, I wish I could eat more. But that may have been too much already. Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 8.0, I told you so. Those ginger snaps were too full of sugar. Todays step count (total at bedtime): 11208 steps How much did I drink today?: Water 1 liter, coffee 1 liter, tea 1.5 liter.
