Breakfast: Cheese onion and carrots gratin, curry onigiri, and some salad. Lunch: Cheese onion and carrots gratin, bagel with camambert cheese - could not be simpler, just cut the bagel in half, put the camembert cheese on top of the bagel rounds, and pop in the toaster oven for 4 minutes. The camembert melts and the bagels become crispy on the cut side, but still chewy on the outside. Purine-free cooking does not have to be more complicated. Banana for dessert. Snack: Crackers. Dinner: Soup (vegetables and konjac) and rice. Todays supplements and dosage: "Aojiru" in banana smoothie. This morning prepared by my son! Minus the mixing part. Todays UA reading: 8.4 mg/dL. Todays step count: 9667 steps. How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, green tea 1 liter, black tea 1.5 liter, water 0.5 liter. Total 4 liters, about 1 1/10 US gallon. This weeks weight: 121.6 kg How many times did I go to the toilet today (during the waking hours from 0600 to 2100 - we have small kids, they go to bed early but not without mom or dad)? #1 7 times, #2 4 times. Was my urine strange in any way? No, completely normal. Maybe smelled a bit of the morning coffee at lunchtime. How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? Twice, for three minutes at the time.
