After the peaks the last few days, my UA is going down again. And I want it down below 6.8 by the end of the week! It is clearly doable on a no-purine diet, and even if my family complains that I am eating weird things, it works. Now I need to apply the same thinking to weight loss.
Todays weather and temperature: Cold and snowing. Maybe a few deg plus during the day but minus at night.
Breakfast: Rice with egg, and a little dollop of a special kind of miso. Plus fermented beans (natto).
Lunch: Vegetable curry.
Snack: Sushi roll, afraid it had some crab sticks in it.
Dinner: Vegetable soup, spinach & egg with cheese, and steamed mushrooms.
Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules, 1.5 liter of rooibos tea.
